The Car Rental Area at KLIA 2 is located on Level 1. After claiming your luggage: 1.Walk towards Door 2 (do not exit) until you see an escalator next to a convenience store on your left. 2.Take the escalator to Level 1. 3.Turn right, and you will find our counter within the rental area.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly! They carefully explained how to exit the airport and return the car to the designated spot. They also specifically advised us that a card is needed for the highway, which can be obtained at the far left lane of the highway entrance, available 24 hours. The guy spoke fluent English and was very cheerful!

The staff was very friendly when we picked up the car! Although his English wasn't perfect, he patiently explained everything! A deposit of 500 MYR will be charged and later refunded to the credit card!
