You can walk to the counter of SEIYON - Klia car hire.

Your way to SEIYON: The SEIYON branch is located at the car rental building block D of the main terminal. Upon arrival take the elevator to the ground floor, leave the terminal and cross over the street, on the right far building is car rental depot. Kindly note, if you pick up or return the vehicle outside of business hours, an after-hours fee（150MYR/times） will be charged.

Your way to SEIYON : As you heading to the airport, Please follow the signs to the car rental / bus station. Typically, this area is located near the departure terminals. Look for signs indicating "Kereta Sewa, E-Hailing, Bas" or "Car Rental". Overall service was fairly smooth! When we first found the store, the staff might have gone out for lunch, and it took two phone calls and about 20 minutes of waiting for them to return. Perhaps because we had waited for a while, the staff felt apologetic and proactively upgraded my car to a Honda CRV at no extra cost. I was quite pleased with this upgrade! The subsequent service process and communication went smoothly. When I picked up the car, I recorded a detailed video of the car's exterior with my phone to have a reference when returning it. However, despite my thorough inspection, the staff found scrapes on the bottom of the front bumper during the return inspection (which could only be seen by lying on the ground). I hadn't thought to check the undercarriage when picking up the car, so I had to accept it. Fortunately, I had purchased the most comprehensive insurance plan, so I didn't argue with the staff. My advice for future renters is to always buy the most comprehensive insurance because you really can't inspect the undercarriage without lying under the car!
