When you arrive at Naha Airport to pick up your luggage, please contact our rental company. The shuttle will be waiting at exit 6 on the 3rd floor of the domestic terminal at the airport. For customers who are not arriving or departing on the same day, our rental company offers free shuttle service from the "Akamine Station" near Naha Airport to the store. Please contact us after placing your order if you require this service.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!
