Pick-up Instructions

Save time with Express Check-In! Contact us by call or text/WhatsApp us at +1 321 415 0866, as soon as your flight departs to streamline your arrival. From Tampa Airport, follow "Ground Transportation" signs to the Rental Car Center via the free train. At the center, proceed to the westbound bus stop for the TPA Rental Car Facility. Our shuttle operates Mon-Sat, 8 AM-6 PM, to transport you to our location if needed.

Drop-off Instructions

During business hours, please come to the office, the shuttle will take you to the airport in case you need it. After hours, please leave the car parked at our office unlocked with the keys on the sunvisor and let us know.

    Although the company is small and hasn't been established for very long, with only one or two staff members, I was initially worried after reading some reviews. But it turned out to be quite the opposite. Their service was excellent, the young staff were very friendly, and they responded to questions quickly. They would do their best to meet any requests you have. We will definitely rent from them again next time we go to the U.S., as they offer great value for money!
