Pick-up Instructions

Upon arriving at the airport and collecting your luggage, please take the tram to the RENTAL CAR CENTER (the second tram stop). Once there, use the elevator labeled PUBLIC BUS / OFF AIRPORT RENTAL CARS to go down to the first floor. Exit and wait for our shuttle in the PICK UP area. You can also call us at +1 813-560-7355 when you are at the stop.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit

Please note that the IDP(International Driving Permit) is only a translation and you must bring your original driver’s license with you.
