You can arrive of BUA - Suvarnabhumi Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

After arriving at the international terminal and exiting the baggage claim area, if you exit through C, turn right and look for the BUA counter on your left. If you exit through B, turn left to find the BUA counter. Once you've completed your procedures, proceed to 1F and exit through Gate 7. Cross the road to reach the outer lane. Follow the signs that say 'Car Rental' to the parking lot. Look for the 'BUA' sign; our staff will assist you in getting to our parking lot, which is 4 kilometers from the airport. Friendly counter staff. Very old car, 200,000+ km. Engine didn’t run smoothly. Inside looks aged. Around cups holder area is very dirty. Marks on windscreen from previous rental due to the gps suction holder.

The staff was lazy and had no sense of time. They took me to pick up the car well past the scheduled time, and the car's battery was dead and wouldn't start. Do they not check the cars before handing them over to customers? I was delayed for four hours with three kids sleeping on lounge chairs. All our pre-planned schedules were disrupted and compressed. They gave me a different car that was even older with over 80,000 kilometers. Normally, if they cause trouble for the customer, they should upgrade to a better car, but they didn't. They are not the car rental company I booked with; they said they are just their partner. This is deceptive to consumers.

Avoid this small company. The car provided was heavily used with its odometer tampered with. While it showed 40,000 kilometers, the actual mileage is likely more than 100,000 kilometers. The condition of the car is comparable to a nearly scrapped taxi (see picture). On the ferry at Koh Chang, the fuel pump broke down, truly unbelievable.
