The Budget - Kansai Airport Rinkū Town Station car hire location is located out of the airport
Get off at Rinkū Town Station (which is one station away from Kansai Airport Station on the JR-Nankai Electric Railway) and turn left at the station gate (only one gate) From the No. 5 Exit, take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor and walk east along the overhead for 30 meters. You will come to an intersection where the store will be. There is no shuttle service to the airport. No pets are allowed on board (Assistance dogs for the physically disabled are allowed.)
