The car rental counter is located in the Terminal 2 Parking Garage. Terminal 1 Arrivals: Take the Car Rental Shuttle to Terminal 2. Terminal 2 Arrivals: Exit from gate 2 or gate 3, cross P5 and follow signs to the Car Rental Center. Proceed to our counter located on the ground floor.

Please proceed to Terminal 2, once at the airport area, pay attention to the "Car Rental Return" signs and enter through the car rental return car park entrance. The overall experience was very smooth. QEEQ customer service was always online and efficiently handled issues.
