You can walk to the counter of Alamo - Nice French Riviera Airport car hire.

The car hire counter in Terminal 1 is in the car hire area located to the right as you come out of arrivals. The car hire counter in Terminal 2 is in the car hire centre. Please follow the signs for "location de voitures" and you will find us on the ground floor. You can use the airport tram to transfer between terminals if needed — it's located directly outside arrivals in both terminals 1 and 2.

Drop-off Instructions

Please proceed to Terminal 2, once at the airport area, pay attention to the "Car Rental Return" signs and enter through the car rental return car park entrance.     Like: The experience at pick-up and the car, very professional and friendly staff. They gave me a big car Citroen C4 Picasso, but finally I choose a smaller one Renault Clio. The lady at picking-up -Rabab- was fair and pointed me that I have paid for a bigger car than the chosen one. She just wanted to make sure I understood about the downgrade by choosing a car from a smaller group.
    Dislike: The company should send e-mail with instructions where to find the rental office in the airport. At Nice Airport Terminal 1, following the signs you go... nowhere, because the rental offices moved in Terminal 2. When dropping-off the car the person who checked the car told me the car was hit on the left side for about more than one meter long. Really I did not see anything, I did not hit the car, I was the only driver all the time. I understand they have to check properly the car when return, but not to show things which I did not do. And really I did not see any damage on the front left door. Finally a supervisor came and set things ok. Maybe the lady was too meticulous in doing the job, but left a bitter taste by showing me something which wasn't real. After all, the car was fully insured, but i did not like the idea to cover something which was not visible and did not came by my fault.

    Dislike: You have deducted mistakenly around 1250euros on pretexed of car damage but in that case I would like to say is that at the time of delivery there was 2 damages which was pointed out by the representative and is marked in the document signed by me.. so why it has been deducted on my part!!! I have video references with me while dropping the car which will show no damages from my end... Looking forward for a quick Refund and long term relationship with company

They might ask if you'd like insurance upgrades, but a courteous decline is sufficient without any pressure. Returning the car was also convenient, and the deposit was refunded promptly. This was my first time renting a car, and although I was initially concerned due to previous reviews, this experience turned out to be very pleasant.

She was very efficient, especially when we couldn't find the parking lot for the return; she guided us directly to the return point. The service was excellent!     Everything else was fine, but the rental desk at Nice Airport was a bit frustrating. The lady at the counter was really pushing their own insurance. I told her I’d already bought full coverage, and she kept saying it wasn’t their policy and that I’d have to pay out of pocket first if anything happened. Only after I said I understood did she finally drop it. Then I proactively asked to add two additional drivers, and she told me we could add them when returning the car, that it wasn’t necessary at pickup. I actually believed her at the time, but that’s really irresponsible. If something had happened on the road and the drivers weren’t listed, the insurance wouldn’t have paid out! The more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. The next day I went back to Nice Airport to sort it out. This time a male staff member helped me, and he said of course the drivers should be added and paid for at pickup, otherwise there could be issues with the insurance. He added the drivers for me and, since I’d made a second trip to the branch to fix their mistake, he waived the fee for the second driver.
