Pick-up Instructions

Pickup During Business Hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Please go directly to the Auckland Downtown branch during business hours. We will have your vehicle ready in advance. When picking up the car, please present your driver's license, translation of the license, passport, and a credit card in the driver's name.

Drop-off Instructions

Return During Business Hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Please Refuel Before Returning: Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up. Otherwise, a $25 refueling service fee will apply. (Nearest gas station: Z Station on Beach Road, just 2-minutes drive from the branch.) Keep the Interior Clean: Professional cleaning is not required, but please maintain basic cleanliness to avoid additional cleaning fees. After completing the above steps, hand the car keys to the branch staff. The inspection process takes only about 2 minutes, after which the return procedure will be complete.
