Please contact the staff to pick you up to Yes Rentals - Auckland Airport car hire when you arrived.

*Auckland International Airport:(Fly from Oversea City of New Zealand) 1. Once you have collected your luggage, please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle. contact number: 0064 9217 1001 2. Please exit through door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign of“Off-site Shuttle Transfers” to all shuttle waiting zone (The walk takes approximately 5-7 minutes). Our white shuttle van will arrive around 10-15 mins. Remember to signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. *Auckland Domestic Airport: (Fly from local City of New Zealand) 1. Once you have collected your luggage, please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle. contact number: 0064 9217 1001 2. Please make your way to Door 8 of the Domestic terminal, near Jetstar. Please wait out of the door, stay at terminal side, don’t need to across the road. Our white shuttle vans will arrive around 10-15 mins. Remember to signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:45. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:45 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to 120 Greenwood Road, Mangere, Auckland. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling service charge (NZD$25). Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle. *Note: The last free shuttle is leaving at 17:30. If you request for shuttle drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

    I was picking the car up after hours, and the instructions given with the booking listed the wrong shuttle company to contact. The one listed had lost the contract quite a few months previously. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. The shuttle company listed was kind enough to drop me at the correct place, but it did take a while to get to the car.
