The arrival hall of the International Airport of Geneva is situated on Level -1. After the customs walk towards the exit and the taxi stands. Take to the left and you will see Holiday Inn hotel shuttle bus.This bus will take you to the car were Nomadcar representative will meet you. The shuttle bus runs between the Airport and the hotel every 20 minutes from 05.50 am until 11.30. And the ride will take about 4 min.

My booking was with a fully comprehensive insurance but when I took the car they said we don't know about your insurance and you have to pay €2000 as deposit. And until now I have not received my deposit back
