Courtesy bus service is available between the airport terminal (outside the baggage claim area) and the Payless rental car facility. When exiting baggage claim, follow the signs for the Air Train. (Ask a uniformed Airport Greeter in a red blazer if you cannot find the Air Train.) Once on the train, exit at Federal Circle. The announcement will state Car Rental / Federal Circle. Exit the train, descend the escalator and proceed to your left. The Payless counter is located in the Avis building at the end of the counter.
