They did not force us to buy insurance. We simply selected whether we needed it or not. The staff were very courteous, and the procedures were straightforward. I only needed my driver’s license and a translated copy, which did not even have a photo or signature. The customer service did not give us any trouble and immediately helped us make copies and process everything.

They didn't force us to buy insurance; they just asked if we needed it. Their attitude was always very good, and the procedures were simple. I only needed my driver's license and a translation, which didn't even have a photo or signature. The customer service was helpful and just made a copy for us and processed it immediately.
