Pick-up Instructions

The Alamo - Dallas-ft. Worth International Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

Follow the signs to baggage claim located in the lower level of the airport terminal. Exit baggage claim and proceed to the shuttle bus pick-up area. Upon arrival to the rental car facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the left to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

Monday-Friday 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM Saturday and Sunday 10:00 PM - 4:30 AMnIf returning after hours, please place the keys in the over night drop box located in front of the National/Alamo return kiosk, proceed inside on the upper level to the shuttle busses to return to the terminals.

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.
