Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse

    1- My flight arrived early by half an hour, and they didn't allow me to pick up the car. The reservation was for 6 PM, and the return was scheduled for 7 AM in two days, but they charged me for a full three days and even made me queue up again. 2- The staff was unfriendly. They added extra insurance for damage and roadside assistance to the invoice. I told them I didn't need it, and they finally canceled it. They told me they added it because you can't buy such insurance abroad. 3- I've rented cars abroad multiple times. Typically, if the same class of cars are not available, they offer a free upgrade. This time, they downgraded me. I hurriedly drove the car out of the airport, only to realize later that I had booked a Ford Focus but was given a Ford Fiesta. After checking on the rental platform, it was indeed a downgrade. Complaining only led to a reconsideration. In summary, this was the most disappointing car rental experience I've had abroad, and it was my first time using this rental platform. Using an agent made me feel inferior. In the future, I will book directly myself. Also, never use Budget again!!

    When I arrived, I was the only one there, no queues. The counter attendant was an Indian man with a very bad attitude. I was using a translated version of my Chinese driver's license, which is entirely in Chinese. He couldn't understand it and kept asking me various questions, including where my hotel was, my phone number, etc. I just asked why other rental stores didn't require this information, but this one did. He rudely replied that their system required it, and if I didn't want to provide the information, I could choose not to rent. It's totally fine to provide this information, but his attitude really upset me. It's the first time I've encountered such poor customer service at a car rental company.

    The queue was extremely long, by far the longest among all the rental companies there. The female attendant's attitude was acceptable, but there was something suspicious behind her smile. It wasn't just about hard-selling add-ons anymore; they directly added them to the contract. Even if you insisted you didn't need them, she'd still add them. So, remember to check the contract carefully, review the charges, and don't rush to confirm and sign! I trusted too easily and got scammed over a hundred dollars, but thankfully, the rental platform helped me get back half of it.

    Totally shocked at the number of people in line for Budget car rental. 100's Waited 1 hour in line and another 45 min at the counter as they did not have a van available for us. We had 6 people so we had to wait until they found one. (which we had booked)
