PICK UP IF ARRIVING BY PLANE After picking up your luggage, follow signs to "ALQUILER DE COCHES / CAR RENTAL". Use the escalator or lift to go down to floor -1 where you will find the car rental offices. At the end of the walkway, you will find our office to your right. IF ARRIVING FROM OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT, pick up your vehicle directly at the vehicle return Store (DROP OFF). To do this, follow the same instructions as for vehicle return. DROP OFF When you reach the airport, follow all signs towards “Car Rental”. These signs will lead you to the entrance of the carpark where the car rental offices are Enter the carpark and head to floor -2 where you will find the OK Mobility Store.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter. From June 1 to September 30, cars and motorcycles will not be allowed to travel to Formentera.
