The PARADISE - Johor Bahru car hire location is in terminal

In Terminal, after luggage collection, walk straight for 5min to car rental counter. Paradise is on your left-hand side.

Drop-off Instructions

Please inform the branch if you want to extend the rental and they will charge you extra fees. For after hours return, please call the staff to make an appointment to return the car, and then you will be charged extra fee.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

1. No body attend the counter when arrived. 3 contact phones displayed on counter but hard to get through. Waited more than 30 mins for 1 attendant to show up and serve 2. Car key with low battery. Should ensure good condition before handed over to customer. This created few inconveniences ( eg need to press multiple times for a possible car being locked) during the trip.
