Pick-up Instructions

Alamo counter is located in G floor of Canada Place.Please proceed your pick-up at the counter. Call (604)683-4357 if needed.

Drop-off Instructions

Please go to Alamo parking space P8 at parking floor P2 for drop offprocedure. 【Out of hour service】Please lock vehicle doors and place keys in the drop box which is located on level P2 of the parkade. Customers are responsible for condition of vehicle until the Branch does a formal check-in on the next business day.

They said there were no gas stations within 10 blocks and refueling there would be more convenient. In the end, I used only half a tank, but they charged for a full tank.

We initially thought there would be a staff member who spoke Chinese, but later realized there was just a counter. The staff behind the counter didn’t understand Chinese at all, so we had to communicate with our limited English. The communication wasn’t great, but it didn't affect the car rental.
