Pick-up Instructions

The Keddy by Europcar - Birmingham Airport Prestige car hire location is in terminal

The station is located inside the terminal building near the arrivals area. Turn left as you exit arrivals screens, the desk is located on the left-hand side opposite Costa Coffee. If arriving by road please follow the signs towards Birmingham Airport, follow the car rental return signs as you get close to the terminal. Birmingham Airport is also situated in close proximity to the M42 and M6 motorways. Car Pickup is located in the Terminal Office.

Drop-off Instructions

Follow the signs towards the airport and follow the car rental return signs as you get close to the terminal, the barrier at the car park will open itself. Park in a Europcar Return Space and return keys to a member of staff or to the reception office.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 3 year(s).

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.
