The Keddy by Europcar - London City Airport car hire location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of Keddy by Europcar - London City Airport car hire.

The station is located within a Car Hire Centre cabin on Hartmann Road on the Airport premises. If arriving by plane or train, it's an approx 5 min walk. Please follow the signs to the Car Hire Centre from the terminal. If arriving by road, stay on Hartmann Road and the Car Hire Centre will be to your left after the small roundabout, which has the Airport Car Park entrance.

Drop-off Instructions

After-Hours Return Instructions: Customers must return vehicles to Europcar marked rental bays on Hartmann Road, following signs to car rental returns. Lock the car and take the keys to the Main Terminal (5-minute walk), and drop the keys into the dropbox situated by the Information Desk.

    Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.
