You can walk to the counter of MEX - Merida Airport car hire.

Thank you for choosing Mex Rent-A-Car. Our representative will await your arrival at the Airport. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the contact point within the terminal. An uniformed Mex Rent-A-Car agent will arrange for the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office. Mex Rent-A-Car shuttles are blue with the Mex Rent-A-Car logo. Pretty bad. The main problem is that the car we rented, was not available even after paying in advance. And they offer a down grade. Refused to give any similar or higher grade car. It was like a joke. At the end, they told me if I didn’t like what they had, I could leave. Like a joke. The guys at drop off, were great! Very kind!
