You can walk to the counter of Kasina - Kuala Lumpur International Airport-1 car hire.

After clearing immigration and collecting your luggage, exit the International Arrivals Hall. Turn right and take the elevator or escalator up to Level 2. Follow the signs to C&D Parking or Sama Sama Hotel, and walk along the pedestrian link bridge to the end. Then turn right and follow the 'Car Rental' signs. Take the Block D elevator down to the ground floor of Parking Block D, where you will find the KASINA counter.

Drop-off Instructions

From the highway, after the Petronas Gas Station, follow the sign for KLIA T1 and stay in the right lane. Use the 'Car rental / Kereta Sewa' lane and continue on the right until you reach the first parking block on your right. Enter through the Block D Car Park – 'Car Rental / Kereta Sewa' entrance ONLY. You will find our parking lot at D-G-8, and our office will be located here.

    I booked a car with boot since i have few large bags, however i just received smaller car without boot. We were struggling to fit in all of our bags and really put us in cramp space. Need to placed some bags on car seat. Since i am travelling with small kids, i need to take risk of my kids safety. Since we have no option available and considering my kids were tired from long haul flight, i had no choice.

    1. The car pickup process is simple but requires understanding English communication, 2. Very thoughtful service, they provided a highway toll card when picking up the car. 3. The address is at the car park on the 1st floor opposite Terminal 1, easy to spot the sign. 4. Returning the car is even simpler; the staff just walked around the car to check and it was done. 5. From Terminal 2, there is a shuttle bus to take you there. 6. Remember to leave some extra time for check-in!
