Pick-up Instructions

We are inside terminals T1 (domestic) and T2 (international) of the Santiago airport (SCL). Follow the "Rent a Car" signs inside the terminal after collecting your luggage to find the Chilean Rent a Car booth. From here you will go to the "Rent a Car" parking lot to deliver the vehicle to you. To return the leased vehicle, go to the exclusive "Rent a Car" parking lot to be assisted in our office by our executives. If you arrive outside office hours, leave the keys in the key box or "Key Drop" located at the door of the branch.

Driver's License Requirements

O carro atendeu a expectativa, porém me foi entregue com o tanque vazio. O tempo de espera foi pequeno para a retirada do veículo, porém no momento da devolução a pessoa responsável por fazer a recepção do veículo não estava presente no local. Tivemos que deixar o carro com um funcionário que me disse que não poderia fazer nada além de receber o carro. Não recebemos nenhum documento de avaliação de veículo na entrega ou na devolução. Estou aguardando para ver se surgirão problemas com esta aluguel.
