Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to the multi-level parking lot at the station. Kindly proceed to the top floor and park in the spots marked with the rental company's logo. After parking, please visit the office located next to the open car park on the ground floor. If the office is closed, you may drop the car key in the Key Return Box beside the office.     This was my first international car rental experience and overall, I am very satisfied! However, there was one minor inconvenience: When the staff handed over the car, it was quite 'quick'. They gave me the keys and left immediately. When I noticed the car only had half a tank of fuel, I had to go back down to the office (the rental cars were parked on the third floor rooftop, while the office was on the ground floor).
