You can walk to the counter of Ezi - Dunedin Airport car hire.

Please make your way to our Ezi Car Rental kiosk inside the airport terminal where our representatives will assist you. If you are unable to locate our desk, please ask for directions at the airport information desk and they will direct you to us. The counter will service all scheduled flights arriving into Dunedin however flight details must be confirmed at time of booking to ensure service after 1800.

Drop-off Instructions

Customers are asked to park in one of our signposted carpark spaces in the airport carpark, lock the vehicle and return the keys to our rental car kiosk inside the airport terminal building.There is no charge to slot rental cars in our designated airport carparks at Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin or Queenstown Airports, at any time. Please ensure vehicles are parked in one of our signposted carparks outside the airport terminal building.

The customer service was very good, with no waiting time. However, the car's condition was poor. The front right tire was deflated. I wanted to inflate it, but the inflating valve was fixed, making it impossible to inflate the tire, which increased the risk. Such cars should not be rented out.
