Travel to restricted NZ areas (e.g., Ball Hutt Rd, Skippers Rd, Ninety Mile Beach, Te Paki Stream Bed, Macetown Rd, coast road to Russell, or unformed/gravel roads) voids cover and increases liability.

    We asked for a 6 seater car. Were first given a 5 seater car and when the customer attended realised there was no way we could all get into it, plus our luggage, she arranged for us to have a Pajero that had just come in. It hadn't been cleaned, but it was spotless anyway. We still had a jam to get into the car! However, we managed and the car went well. Don't know why a 6 seater ordered, turned into a 5 seater!
