Upon arrival please proceed to the Enterprise, National, Alamo branch. Take the exit from the train station on to the Parvis de Rotterdam square opposite the Casino Barriere. The branch is located 100 meters to the right. Car park located at -4 of the Casino Barriere.

    The pickup process was smooth with no issues. However, the return experience was very poor. The wait time was long, the staff were constantly doing other things, prioritizing European customers, and their attitude was not good.
