Pick-up Instructions

Our office is just 650 meters away from Atocha station, which is about a 5-minute walk. Upon arrival, follow the exit signs to reach the main floor. Look for the exit labeled Méndez Álvaro. Once outside on Méndez Álvaro Street, walk towards the Reina Sofía museum. Then, take the second left onto the street leading to Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza 15. Keep walking until you find number 15.

Drop-off Instructions

You'll return the vehicle at the "Parking Hard Rock Hotel Madrid," situated directly across the street from our office. Simply enter the car park and head down to floor -3.

This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. I really don't understand. Rent for nine days was only 3300 RMB, but they charged me 93 Euros for being one and a half hours late. How is this calculated?! If they charged 366 RMB (47-50 Euros), I could understand, but why 93 Euros? Are they robbing me?
