Pick-up Instructions

The OK Mobility - Ok Mad car hire location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Mad car hire.

Terminal 1: After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals” Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area. Terminal 4: After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals” down to -1 floor level trough the escalators. Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area.

Drop-off Instructions

Terminal 1: When you arrive at Terminal 1, drive around the right lane following “ T1 /P1” signs. Stay in the left lane following the signs to “Car Rental” Once on the left line, keep following “T1 / Car Rental” signs until you find the parking access. Wait in front the barrier, it will be opened automatically; parked the car in our Car Return Area, and go with the keys to our office, in order to be attended. Terminal 4: When you arrive at Terminal 4, drive around the right lane following “ Departures“ signs. Stay in the right lane following the signs to “Car Rental”. While you are in the B building, keep waiting in front of the barrier, it will be open automatically; once inside the parking, follow the OK Mobility signs. Parked the car in our Car Return Area, and go with the keys to our office, in order to be attended.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter.

    Picking up the car was very slow due to the high number of people. At around 11 AM local time, only two out of five counters were open. The staff was sluggish, and it took over two hours to get the car. The vehicle itself was in decent condition with various features. Returning the car was relatively quick. They offered an upgrade and insurance at pickup, but you can just decline.
