Once you leave the station, turn left and continue 150 meters to the crosswalk that crosses "Kansas City". Once you cross the Kansas City Avenue, turn right about 25 meters. When you arrive to Burger King, take the passageway on your left, next to Media Markt. Once in the passageway, continue for 10 meters to our office on the right.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter. From June 1 to September 30, cars and motorcycles will not be allowed to travel to Formentera.

Very satisfied. The female staff member was enthusiastic and patient. The store is located just across the street from the Seville train station, a 2-minute walk. The car is parked in the lot right below the store, very easy to find. The car had only 30,000 kilometers on it and was very new. The staff proactively asked if we preferred a petrol or diesel car, very nice. The €2000 deposit was refunded to my credit card within half a day after returning the car. Very fast. Overall, a perfect score.

Great service attitude. Remember to take videos and photos during pickup and return for evidence just in case. After inspection, this car rental company released the credit card authorization without any issues. I rent cars frequently, and this company had no unusual problems—everything was very reasonable.

The store is located very close to the train station and easy to find. Procedures are straightforward, but there is upselling; you can simply decline. You need to take the elevator to the underground parking lot on level -3 to locate the car yourself. When returning the car, the store conducts a strict inspection and appears somewhat unreasonable. Old damages on the car require proof with photos taken when picking up the car, and the photo's date must also be checked.
