Arriving at Glasgow Airport by air, collect your luggage, as you exit arrivals please call 0141 611 7100. A representative will collect you from Car Park 2 which can be found as you exit the main terminal below the multi-story car park. Please wait in lane B for collection.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

The car was great but we were less than impressed at being charged £75 as we hadn't seen the VERY small print notice that we needed a credit (not debit) card to book. We were also charged £20 for an extra driver which came as something of a surpise.

I waited for. Bit but no longer than is normal, and they seemed to be expecting me which was good. The paperwork took a bit of getting through I felt compared with hires i have had overseas. other than that the staff were helpful, customer oriented and accommodating. One thing, and this is a constant gripe of mine - can booing platforms and car hirers get a grip over the ‘additional’ insurances’ - just other wrap it all up in the initial cost and be truthful about it, or leave it out and stop trying to frighten people in to buying an expensive addition so that commission can be made.

No cars were available at booking time for myself or another customer. I was told to call ahead later that day or come back the next day. A higher class car was however, available for the customer behind me, by which time I had to leave with alternative transport. Couldn’t help but doubt that better cars were available but not offered even though it wasn’t the customers fault.

All worked out well. Surprisingly so, as the car was ridiculously inexpensive. One caution: We did not ride their shuttle to and from AP. We took Uber from downtown to this place, as downtown rentals were almost 10x this price. On returning no uber was available but Easirent called us a cab which arrived in a few minutes. The charge back to downtown was same as Uber. I would do this again in a minute...

The most important thing was the great personal service given by the staff, including the person who picked my up and the guys I met at the office. Unlike some other rental companies I dealt with before discovering Easirent everything was upfront and straightforward . Easy booking, waited a while to be picked up at airport however Brian was very good. Very polite and good fun. Car not ready on collection and had scratches all over it plus a duct taped wing mirror. Very pushy sales pitch to sell insurance excess. Very one tracked into selling products. Otherwise not very engaging at all. Overall car was good, worked out more expensive than estimated. Lots of add ons and small print. Staff just need to relax and explain things without rushing into selling XS protection.

I was given another car as the Ford Fiesta was in an accident. It would have been helpful to have a manual. It was not made clear that I could bring back the tank empty as I had paid £65.00 upfront. I brought the car back about 90% full but wasn’t offered a refund - just a shrug of the shoulders. Perhaps a cold drinks or tea and coffee machine.
