Note: You are asked to acknowledge the changes in the terms and conditions of the location. Under no circumstances will the locationship be responsible for the cost of rescue accommodation and travel expenses due to the remoteness of Bruni Island and the cost of delaying the rescue.

    Our car was parked near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne, where there was a Budget return point (not the one in our booking). We asked the staff there if we could change the drop-off location. The staff said it was no problem and we just needed to park the car there. When we parked and returned the car, we were told we had to pay 75 AUD. Very dishonest.
