Please contact the staff to pick you up to Dollar - Taipei Taoyuan International Airport car hire when you arrived.

If you arrive at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, kindly head to Pillar 18 outside Terminal 1 or Pillar 28 outside Terminal 2 respectively. Please contact us in advance at +886 916781773 for pick-up arrangements. We will then transport you to Taoyuan Dayuan to collect your rental car.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

Original Japanese Driving Licence + JAF

Driving License of the Peoples's Republic of China are not allowed for rentals in Taiwan(China)

Due to reciprocal driver's license principle in Taiwan, please contact the rental company in advance and let them know your driver's license is issued in what country and state/province, which will help the rental company confirm your eligibility.
