Arriving at Terminal 1: The ACE Counter is located in the Rental Car Center. From Baggage Claim go down one level to Ground Transportation and follow the signs for the Car Rental Tram. Board the Car Rental Tram. It will make one stop at the Rental Car Center. Follow the signs to the ACE Counter. Arriving Terminal 2: Upon arrival at Terminal 2 from baggage claim area take the skyway to the Ground Transportation Building. Take the escalator down one level. The ACE Counter will be located to your right. Our ACE staff will direct you to our ACE Shuttle Van right outside from our counter. Please Call 952-345-4017 For Assistance.
