Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on level -4 of the Q parking garage, in area J. Place the keys n the drop box. The drop box is located next to the office door. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. Please not that if your after-hours return has not been pre-arranged with the branch, it may result in a 50 eur parking fee. The renter's responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.

The only option available for 'actual car model received' was Volvo XC60, but I want to clarify that the actual model was Volvo XC40. The car rental company's service was pretty good. When picking up the car, they pointed out the areas of previous scratches—make sure to take photos of those yourself too. Pickup and drop-off were convenient. The car we got this time was at least 90% new, and the built-in Google Maps navigation was handy, eliminating the need to use phone navigation.
