Overall, the service of Thai Rent A Car is very good, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The vehicle's condition is also excellent. However, I hope there can be more clear and detailed pre-warnings about certain fines. Although they mentioned a 3000 THB fine for smoking or eating in the car, there were no warnings about other fines. In my case, I was fined 2500 THB for asphalt splashes on a recently paved road during rainy weather. This fine was not covered by insurance. Shouldn't there be insurance for such incidents, similar to scratch protection? Shouldn't there be pre-warnings about such fines? I feel this is somewhat arbitrary and profiteering.

I had already heard about the excellent services in Thailand. The service was very good, and there was no forced insurance purchase like I had been warned about. The staff was very friendly and the store was easy to find, right at the exit of the first floor of Chiang Mai Airport. The staff was patient, and we were very happy when we saw the car. It was clean and in good condition. The staff even thoughtfully drove the car to the door and turned on the air conditioning, making us feel very comfortable. They carefully pointed out the existing scratches on the car. Overall, it was our first time renting a car abroad, but it was really great. We will definitely come back again! Very satisfied with QEEQ and the Thai car rental company!

The rental location is right at the end after turning left from the exit. My flight was delayed and I arrived at midnight, but the staff were still waiting and carefully inspected the car with me. After completing the paperwork, I set off without any issues. Returning the car was also very smooth. However, they took my driver's license notarization and didn't return it when I returned the car. Since the exit near A-RENT is an exit-only gate, the security guard there had to help call the staff out for me.
