The Aucomm - Calgary car hire location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Aucomm - Calgary car hire when you arrived.

1. After placing your order, please contact us via WeChat: aucommcalgary or email: infocgy@aucomm.ca to confirm your arrival flight time. 2. Upon arriving at Calgary International Airport (YYC) and collecting your luggage, please reach out to Aucomm staff and exit through Arrive Level Door #16. Aucomm staff will be waiting for you here and will maintain constant communication. 3. Show your valid ID and reservation number, and the Aucomm staff will escort you back to the store to pick up your car (5 minutes). Note: Car pickup during working hours is free of charge. Additional charges apply outside of working hours. In case of emergency, please call +1 8253655280 or +1 9055976889.

Drop-off Instructions

1. Please return the vehicle to the Aucomm Calgary store, where the staff will be waiting for you and will remain in communication with you during the process. Kindly hand over the vehicle and keys for inspection. 2. The Aucomm staff will help customers reach the designated airport terminal. Please note that returning the vehicle during operating hours is free of charge. Any returns outside of operating hours will result in additional fees. In case of an emergency, please call +1 8253655280 or +1 9055976889.

The Aucomm team was very cooperative. After renting the car, they created a group chat where we provided our flight details. They picked us up at the airport for car pickup, and returning the car was very convenient. We drove the car to the rental company, and after returning it, they dropped us off at the hotel.

The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive and patient. Overall, from the time we landed and picked up our luggage, it took less than 10 minutes for them to come pick us up. During the ride, the staff explained many important details, which were very useful. The paperwork at the store was handled quickly, and they even helped us set up the in-car navigation. The car was very new, and it was meticulously cleaned both inside and out. When returning the car, we were in a bit of a rush and worried about missing our flight, but everything went smoothly. The car inspection was quick, and they immediately drove us to the airport in the same car we rented, so we didn’t even need to move our luggage. From returning the car at the store to reaching the airport check-in, it took less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience overall.
