Pick-up Instructions

Once you disembark the ferry, you’ll find us by entering the ferry terminal building through the main doors. We are inside the main terminal building on the left-hand side. If you are unable to locate our counter, simply call us at +64 9 525 6133 If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app

Drop-off Instructions

Please return your vehicle to the Matiatia Carpark. This is the first carpark on your left as you approach Matiatia Ferry Terminal. Find a park close to Ahipao Café on the gravel. You do NOT need to pay for parking. Please take the key inside to the desk at the ferry terminal. If the desk is unattended, place the key through the key drop slot in the centre of the desk.
