Our Auckland Airport branch is located just around the corner from the airport. It’s a short 3-5- minute drive dependent on traffic from the branch to either the domestic or international terminals. If you need to be picked up from the airport, we offer a shuttle on hand to pick you up and drop you off, just request through our GO App or give us a call when you’re ready to be collected. Shuttle service Domestic Terminal Arrival 1. Once you’ve exited the arrival hall, request your shuttle via our GO App or call us on +64 9 974 1598. 2. Make your way to Door 9, which is located past the Jetstar check-in desks. 3. Walk across the pedestrian crossing to the pick-up area and wait for our bright pink GO Rentals shuttle to collect you. International Terminal Arrival 1. Once you have exited the international arrival gates, request your shuttle via our GO App or call us on +64 9 974 1598. 2. Exit the airport terminal through Door 8 and make your way across the pedestrian crossing and follow the ‘Off-site Shuttle Transfers’ sign to the Off-site Transfer Zone. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes to walk. Wait here for our bright pink GO Rentals shuttle to collect you.
