The process of renting and exchanging cars is convenient. But I was charged an extra $21 more than a month after returning home without any notification, which I'm not satisfied with.

Great customer service. After returning the car, they even gave us a ride back to our hotel.

You need basic English, a driver's license, and a translated document. You have to check if the car matches your reservation; if not, you need to point it out. You can add insurance yourself. The process takes about 10 minutes. The car is in good condition.

Quick pickup, easy return and billing. Extension fee is same as original price.

The rental cars are relatively new. This time I rented a Nissan SUV with just over 2000 kilometers. The vehicle was in great condition.

The service at the store was mediocre, and there were no clear signs at the pickup and drop-off points. There was no one to guide us at pickup, and the instructions were unclear. It took a quarter of an hour just to find the parking place. The drop-off location was even more ridiculous; Google Maps navigated us to a field. In the airport, Google Maps and the car's navigation system gave different directions, with the car's system leading us further away. We eventually found the Hertz parking lot by following Google Maps to another rental company's parking area and asking for directions. It's unclear why there were no signs. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were anxious and stressed while trying to find the location.

I booked a Toyota Corolla but ended up with a Dodge Journey.
