Very good but there was no communication. They gave me a smaller Q3 than I booked, and it was the only one reserved for me at the agency. My 24-inch suitcase and a carry-on just fit. The trunk is much smaller than a full size. Picking up the car with half a tank of gas is quite inconvenient. Returning it with half a tank as well.

The trunk was much smaller than a full-size. The car had half a tank of fuel at pickup, which is inconvenient. Same at dropoff, half a tank.

Fue desalentador cuanto menos, por no decir frustrante. Alquilamos un coche Tesla con mucha ilusión porque queríamos probarlo. Al llegar el coche no estaba disponible. Nos dijeron que el usuario anterior no había devuelto la llave, pero que en 20 minutos la tendríamos. Decidimos esperar. El tiempo pasaba, el coche ni siquiera estaba allí (eso nos hace pensar que mintieron). Al final decidimos coger otro coche por no retrasar más el viaje. Tardamos 1 hora finalmente en salir de allí y nos llevamos un coche que nos desagradó enormemente, por no decir que era de combustible y gastamos el doble, no tenían tampoco ningún eléctrico disponible. Un fiasco!

The car was not correct! I booked and paid for a foord explorer 7 seater or similar but only got a Jeep 6 seater. Not the same and I paid extra for 7 seater! I went back to ask the budget cars rep and he said it was a 7 seater. But it was not and they would not check it over and said there was no more cars. We had to then pay for uber trips for the 7th passenger! This is no acceptable when I booked well in advance a 7 seater for 7 passengers.

So far since raising the complaint they have been co-operative and willing to raise the claim against the supplier budget cars. Including compensation for the costs incurred for it being incorrect vehcile. But this is only over email communication, I am waiting to see how this claim materialises.

Attente un peu longue pour la prise du véhicule. Attribution dans l'ordre d'arrivée. Mais nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement et nous avons pu avoir le véhicule bien plus tôt que l'heure prévue.

Facile de réserver sur la plateforme avec un choix de catégories de véhicules satisfaisant auprès de différents loueurs. Tarifs intéressant si on réserve très en avance.
