The service was excellent. Giorgi arrived at the airport early. The car handover was smooth, and the return process was quick. The overall condition of the car was good.
Very satisfied, Geogio arrived early to pick us up at the airport. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. The Subaru was a bit old but still made us happy.
There is no office, both pickup and return are at the airport parking lot. I booked a Toyota but got a Hyundai. When returning the car, I found a slight crack on the front right bumper, and the rental company charged me 2700 RMB. I will never use such a small rental company again. They seem eager to find any scratch with a magnifying glass to charge you for something. Lastly, they charged me 25 Lari for car washing, roughly 70 RMB.

The condition of the car when received was worrying, especially since we were renting it for over ten days. 130,000 kilometers, many scratches on the car, the maintenance reminder light was always on, and the left headlight was not functioning.
Very satisfied, this rental company is trustworthy, the car's condition is excellent, no hidden charges, and you can add an additional driver for free. The service is also very considerate and attentive, including clear instructions on refueling and parking tips. The whole process was smooth, fantastic!
