The car rental service was excellent. They picked us up at the airport, helped us buy a SIM card, and took us to the parking lot for car pickup. The entire process was very simple, and the staff was extremely patient.

The staff at this branch located near Freedom Square exhibited poor professionalism and used rude and impolite language. I had to change the car model (as I was informed by the staff that the original model wouldn't be suitable for reaching many places) and extended my rental period until 11:00 AM on August 8, 2024. The return time was clearly stated in the contract. However, on the morning of August 7, I received an early call from a staff member, reminding me to return the car. When I pointed out the contract's specified return time, they showed no apology and hung up immediately. The attitude of the staff throughout made it seem like they were reluctantly doing charity work rather than providing a service. It gave the impression that they were dissatisfied with their job. This was by far the worst experience I've had with AVIS, truly difficult to put into words.

Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the condition of the vehicle was not very good. The right rear tire had a leak, the windshield on the driver's side had cracks that affected driving visibility, and the maintenance reminder for the vehicle had not been cleared, which was constantly displayed on the dashboard.

The staff was very welcoming, there were no additional charges, and the car was in good condition. Overall, extremely satisfied—you can choose them with confidence!

Very satisfied. The attitude was great and they patiently explained how to use the car's facilities. The car condition was good. I rented a Fit but got a Prius hybrid, which is very fuel-efficient.
