Service is good. Explanation is thorough but I don’t get why we have to sign a document stating that we don’t smoke in car. This should be included in contract instead of signing another paper.

Easy to use. I like the full insurance provided by EasyRentCars which is actually much cheaper than those provided by the car rental company.

At the agreed pick-up time, staff will contact you and bring the car to the airport parking lot, informing you of its location. The handover is done at the parking spot, so you will need to cover the parking fee yourself. The nine-seater vehicle sacrifices trunk space for a foldable fourth-row seat. When the fourth-row seat is unfolded, not even an umbrella can fit.

The car was very new and very comfortable. There is Chinese WeChat service, but the attitude was average.

2nd Day, one tire was damaged

I rented a car on October 14th, and the Korean rental company held my deposit. It took two and a half months to get my refund. They promised to return the deposit within 1-2 months. According to my Korean friends, big rental companies in Korea usually return the deposit immediately after the car is returned. I don't know what's going on with this company. If I didn't call them, would they never refund my money?

Car rental was easy, finding where to pick up the car was easy. The rep was great! Helped with bags both times for drop off and pickup. He really didnt have to but he automatically packed bags in car for us.
