Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The vehicle rented this time had some minor issues. After reaching out to QEEQ, the initial customer service representative was not very professional, but the subsequent representatives were quite good.

Although i rented a spark and i paid 4 dollars more for that. I was given small Hyundai. Also i had to deposit 350 dollars that was not clear in advance.

The original car they gave was faulty. Had to return and replace it. Time was wasted but replacement was great

La voiture a été impliqué dans je ne sais quoi et apparemment c'est avec le client qui avait loué la voiture avant moi ce qui fait la police est venue me contrôler à mon hôtel et j'ai été obligé de revenir échanger la voiture le lendemain

Good, but the car model has a low chassis, which is uncomfortable.

The quote I was given for the hire didn’t match what I was charged- I was charged more. When I queried this at pick up I was told it was probably the taxes. It clearly states on my paper work the amount I should pay at the counter and it doesn’t mention anywhere that taxes need applying. I do feel this is wrong as there was a clear list of what was and wasn’t included. Very misleading and disappointing especially as 2 weeks hire cost me more than 3 week hire from Hertz on the west coast.

Price Drop Protector - not sure it even came into play. I do feel I’ve been charged more than I should have been.

voiture très bien mais 2 défauts: - manquait l'antenne : signalé à la réception mais la personne n'a rien fait pour autant - vu la qualité de réception, j'ai été obligé d'en achetée une.... - une TRES forte odeur de tabac dans le véhicule, très désagréable pour des non fumeurs !
