They upgraded my my reservation for Volvo S40, after I received the car & while driving I noticed that the wheels have problems, I went to a gas station in order to adjust the wheels, then I called them to inform with the problem he told me that he will call the maintenance manager in order to call me, I didn’t receive any calls from anyone then, in the the next day I noticed the same problem while I was traveling to a resort which is 120 kilometers far from Cairo, I went to a gas station to adjust the wheels as well, when I returned back ( after 2 days) I called them and asked them to replace the car as it has a problem in the wheels, they told me no worries then while I was driving on the ring Road (high way) suddenly I found the wheel smashed on the road, thanks god me and my family survived & the car as well except for the wheel, then after I called them back to inform them by what happened they sent another car to me to replace the old which was much more better than the old, I was surprised by a call from the manager telling me that they will fix the wheels and discount the cost from me!!!!

I ordered Hyundai Accent get Chevorlete Aveo and it was not good enough also the Hazard lights not working neither the USB!! tried to change it but got older car with more milage.

The cars seem to be quite limited, it took nearly 2 hours before I could get one, forcing me to drive at night. But I got a free upgrade, which was good luck and worth mentioning. The quality inspector had a good attitude and was easy to communicate with.

It was an amazing experience with europcar especially at luxor. We got our vehicle at midnight. Outstanding services and very friendly approach.

Alignment of the car need to be fixed, car above 90 km/hr having vibration on steering. Glass wiper need to change.

No issues and everything was smooth:

very professional and fast services. the only thing I wish to be able to have someone to take the car from my location and not to have to drop it off back to the airport., but any way the drop off process didn't take more than 10 min.

Waited a bit, but the service was good.

I booked for a Group B Car and got even a much better car as an upgrade. However, the car was a little bit old. Budget staff were very helpful.

The instructions were quite clear, and the pick-up and drop-off process was straightforward and quick. The 'overtime service fee' charged at pick-up was proactively refunded during drop-off, which deserves praise.

It was 2015 volvo car I am sure it was not properly maintained.I think I will not rent a car from there

My booking was for Kia Ceratopsian but the available car was Nissan Sentra. I purchased insurance but the reception counter offer me an insurance and they don’t have full information about my booking.

Brand new vehicle!! Vehicle was switched after 4 weeks for its first service and was replaced with another Brand New vehicle of the same model and colour. Amazing!

Booking was really easy and straight forward. No issues st all.

I previously used Europcar in Turkey. Their service was excellent and it's a trusted big brand. When picking up the car, the staff carefully inspected the exterior and interior with me and made detailed records on the rental agreement.
