You did not provide enough details about the shuttle from the airport. As a result I had to get a taxi (30 Euro) and on top of that I've lost my jacket in the taxi. I understand the loss is my own responsibility but it took me a while to find a way to the vehicle and I was really tired after the flight. On the way back I already knew the exact location and I knew that a free shuttle bus was circulating between the airport and the vehicle drop off. This information was crucial to the booking.

The customer service staff was excellent and very enthusiastic. They spoke good English and were highly efficient.

Rather than wait another 30 minutes for my car to be ready, I paid €30 for an upgrade. The car was new, but when I stopped in the Alps to fit the snow chains I ordered, there were none in the car. This made the rest of the trip quite worrying.

Overall decent, pretty good.

Like: No upselling of additional insurance or fuel extras. Very easy and straight forward booking, pick up and return.
Dislike: Personally prefer a manual transmission.

El auto estaba bien, nuevo, pero nuestra experiencia con noleggiare fue mala. En la retirada estuvimos 2.5 hs. Tuvimos que pagar 450 euros extras por que el auto manual no estaba y el automático valía ese extra. El auto llegó limpio por fuera pero por dentro con papeles, basuras y pañuelos sucios de los que lo usaron anteriormente. Por otro lado conversamos en la retirada que el auto debíamos devolverlo 16/17 hs. Lo convenimos ambas partes. Me dieron el ok. Luego en la devolución quisieron cobrarme un día de mas. Aún no sé qué harán con mi depósito. Quisiera que me sea devuelto. Lo peor de todo fue que les dijimos que iríamos a las montañas con nieve, que necesitábamos ruedas de invierno y nos dijeron que fuéramos tranquilos que eran ruedas all in one. Nos dieron además unas cadenas textiles muy malas. Fue peligroso manejar. Debimos comprar extra cadenas para poder transitar aún con calles que pasó la máquina era resbaladizo manejar.

too long a wait at turin airport - only one person setving

Did have to wait on pick up as there was 3 people waiting and only one person serving. He was helpful when we did get served.

Great price so picking up a tatty car was expected. Received the usual targetted sales patter for not only CDW protection but also breakdown! That's a first. Naturally I declined it all. Snow socks not chains but they sufficed. Overall great for the price. Good communication all round

Great value. Was a little hard to find staff in the parking lot and on check out we had to highlight several more scratches and dirt on the car but this was not too problematic. Giving it back went quite smoothly.

Girl at pick up was very helpful

Rita at the counter is great. They explain about the 'limited insurance ' and you can upgrade BUT no hard sell. They also go to the car with you as you check if there is any pre-existing damage.

Had we not checked the supplied snow chains for size we would have ended up in serious trouble in the mountains. They gave us completely the wrong size. I can’t understand how that could even happen! This has happened numerous times so ALWAYS check

The car rental company charged an exorbitant young driver fee and forced me to take a smaller and worse car. They also required a 1500 euro deposit which they ultimately did not return.

The whole episode was a failure to provide the car I had booked and paid for . Please remove them from your provider list. Whilst enduring the hard sell I was left with the bank details of the previous customer right in front of me. There were scanned copies of their passport , credit card and driving licence - all of this legible and easy to copy or take a photo. An absolute shambolic agency.
