For some reason, the Range Rover I booked was not available and was replaced with a Jaguar sedan. There was no prior notification. I'm not sure if it was an issue with QEEQ or b-rent.
There was a fault code, but it didn't affect usage. When returning the car, it was quite late, so I could only leave it there. After returning home, I found my credit card had been charged. I don't know why.

Like: Quick and easy online reservation process. Provided a rental for reasonable price. Offered a slightly bigger car for no extra charges when they saw we had quite a few luggages. Offered upgrades for extra cost and was specific about differences in cost of options. Made sure we had all the information about our options to be able to make an informed decision. Tip!* Always get the super protection! You never know if someone causes damage to the car when it's parked. - a suggestion they made and it was worth it! Dislike: Not able to make changes to reservation without cancelling previous reservation and making a new one. The person at the chat service informed me this was the only way to make changes. He was helpful, it would've been just more convenient if the option was there.
Beware, B-Rent is a scam! I usually buy the Super Collision Damage Waiver on the QEEQ website, so every time I only get basic insurance from the rental company and additionally purchase the Super CDW. This time was no different. After waiting in line for over an hour (with only three people ahead of me), my turn finally came. Just like the previous three customers, the staff told me that if I bought their insurance, I wouldn't need to pay a total of 3150 euros (900 for collision, 1500 for theft, and 750 for another deposit) in a credit card pre-authorization. Since I already bought the insurance from QEEQ, I chose to leave the deposit. Again, just like the previous customers, the staff asked me if I had another credit card after trying my card and claiming the payment failed. Why do I say it's a scam? First, I received an email from my bank the night before, confirming I had a much higher available limit than 3150 euros, so the staff's speculation didn't make sense. Secondly, the card used for this payment must be the driver's own, not an additional driver's, and they don't accept cash. Thirdly, isn't it too much of a coincidence that all customers' credit cards failed? If the credit card had insufficient funds, would a customer agree to this kind of deposit? (Note: Usually, deposits for other companies are only a few hundred euros. B-Rent split the deposits into three charges, failing after the first 900 euros.) Since I couldn't process the deposit, I had to buy the insurance recommended by the company, plus a 450 euro pre-authorization. For four days, the cheapest insurance was 70 euros. My four-day rental cost, plus QEEQ's Super CDW, was around 800 RMB, and this additional insurance cost more than 500 RMB. Although I knew the company was scamming me, there was no way to complain. They simply said, 'Your card has issues, transaction failed.' Even though I mentioned having insurance from QEEQ, the company insisted that the claim process required deducting from my credit card first and then seeking reimbursement from QEEQ. The company had to ensure my card could cover the cost. So, the moral is, when prices are similar, choose a major rental company. If there's a big price difference, you could risk these smaller companies but don't buy QEEQ's Super CDW! Alternatively, prepare a few credit cards under the driver's name and hope for the best.
Like: Polite Up-sell approach but accepted a No with no issues. Vehicle upgrade given at no extra cost. Dislike: Vehicle had damage on wheels that wasn’t listed on the itinerary. Whilst this was rectified before leaving the Airport, it was time spent that could have been avoided.

The car supplied (Volvo V40, changed after negotiation for a Fiat Tipo station) did not match the category booked / paid for (Renault Kadjar / medium SUV)
Even though I bought full insurance through the car rental platform, the rental company charged me €226 for insurance, claiming they hadn't received the payment. The staff initially told me it was a rental fee, but the receipt listed various insurance charges.

I was completely disgusted and annoyed at the service that I received from Europcar at Naples Airport and the staff are ruining the reputation of both Europcar and Easyrentcars.com!
I pre-booked and paid for a Fiat 500L or similar in full, weeks before I actually arrived in Naples. My request for such a car was specific as there were two adults, one 11 year old, a baby, one car seat, two large suitcases, one small suitcase, one holdall plus four small bags.
When i turned up I was told there was no Fiat 500L available and I wasn't offered something comparable OR better to compensate for this. Instead I was told I could have an Alfa Romeo Giulia for & Euros extra a day and when I declined, I was offered a Peugeot 208 that had so many bangs, dents, scrapes and scratches on EVERY panel, that it was only suitable for a scrapyard! It was also far too small and filthy! I was not even offered a discount on the price, compared to a Fiat 500L, even though the receptionist was only too willing to get an extra 7 Euros a day out of me for the Alfa Romeo. Any other reasonable firm would have considered renting me a better vehicle for the same price but not at Europcar Naples Airport.
However, once I complained they decided that their 'scam' wouldn't work and after a 30 minute wait...a freshly prepared Fiat 500L turned up and I was able to get on with my holiday. The Fiat 500L was in good condition and clean although it had a scuffed front nearside alloy. (I also discovered later on that during servicing of the engine, some one had left an engine panel off, over the oil cap and it was dangling dangerously close to the radiator fan).
Other than that the car was great. Unfortunately when I returned the car with a full tank of petrol as required I discovered today, that Europcar have added £46.12 to my credit card which i can only presume is for diesel and I have already been in contact with the Fraud Dept for my credit card! Apparently this is a commonplace scam of theirs!

Booking through Easyrentcars.com was straight forward and good (even if the price was a little too high for a week's rental of a Fiat 500L). But it was the best price for such a car at the time. i had no issue with the booking process, payment or downloadable information etc. however, the same cannot be said of Europcar at Naples Airport.
The rental company caused trouble at every step. They charged five times the deposit compared to other companies for the same car model. It's outrageous. When we returned the car, they saw we had bought the full insurance and still charged us extra. I will never use this rental company again.
