No queues, quickly completed the procedures

The staff was decent, but the car was surprisingly old. I was given a Fiat Panda with 60,000 miles on it, and all the seats showed visible stains. It took a lot of air freshener to cover up the unpleasant odor inside the car. After so many years of renting cars, I have never gotten one in such poor condition. Fortunately, the car managed to hold up until the last mile, which was quite a relief. I really need to thank the company's mechanics for keeping such a rundown car operational; they must be quite skilled. Another thing to mention, I initially thought there would be a counter at the airport or at least a shuttle bus with their company logo, but there was nothing. In the end, an airport staff member helped me by contacting the rental company with their phone and instructing me to wait at the entrance. This crucial information was not provided to me by the rental company. Airport transfers are very important, how can they not inform customers about contact details?

Very good experience. Initially, we were given a small car for four people with five large pieces of luggage, but they quickly changed it to a car with a large trunk, which made everything much easier.

I originally booked a SMART, but received a Peugeot 107 when picking up the car. Everything else was good.

Unjustified charges!

It took me an hour to find the store at the airport, but eventually I found out it wasn't at the airport. The contact number on the rental site didn't work, and I had to get help from the airport staff to reach someone. Then, I waited another 20 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Additionally, there was an extra $26 airport service fee.

The car pickup was generally smooth, but I booked a Smart and got a KIA instead. Car return is centralized at the T1 terminal parking lot, and the inspection was quick! There's also a shuttle to the T3 terminal.

Alamo in Israel is operated by a local agency. The efficiency is not very high, but they upgraded our car for free and strongly pushed insurance. In hindsight, considering it's the Middle East, we ended up spending over $200 for insurance.

Long waiting time. Rough service. The return location was not clearly explained (such as providing a map), and it wasn't mentioned that there was a gas station at the return point. There was no room for negotiation regarding minor scratches on the vehicle, for which responsibility was unclear and as we were rushing to catch a flight, we had to accept responsibility passively. Moreover, they did not provide specific details on the charges, such as items, amounts, and basis for charges in a timely manner, which affected our ability to claim insurance.
